Mentoring
No special skills are needed and we will provide training and cover your expenses. All young people need to meet adults outside their families and communities who are approachable and trustworthy. Your encouragement, patience and loyalty will make a huge difference to their confidence and perspective on the world.

A really important part of the teamArchie ethos. Archie was lucky enough to have lots of supportive adults in his life – relatives, teachers and family friends – who could give him access to advice and opportunities or just be really good listeners. These relationships are so important as a young person embarks on a life changing opportunity, a career, or just as they make that difficult transition from child to adult, from education to work.
teamArchie takes a holistic approach to supporting young people not only giving them skills, knowledge and confidence in their chosen field but also supporting their social, emotional and practical development to give them the best possible chance to fulfil their potential.
