Meet Solomon

Solomon is a young cricketer from Bristol. He was selected for a teamArchie coaching bursary which saw him travel to Lebanon to teach cricket to young refugees supported by the Alsama Project. “Coaching cricket at Alsama has been an extraordinary experience. I am constantly surprised by the commitment and drive of our players.”

Sadly within a few weeks of arriving in Beirut the deterioration in the security situation meant he had to return home. His cricketing protegees missed him so much though that he returned to the Shatila Refugee Camp as soon as he was able under the support of Alsama.
